Helping Those in Need Helping Those in Need...
The Foundation helps those in need with programs and resources that they may not
otherwise be able to receive. Programs such as the Stoughton Food Pantry and
Stoughton Senior Center provides seniors, veterans,the disabled and others in need
with much needed food, supplies and equipment.  Learn More »
Providing for Our Community Providing for Our Community...
The Foundation provides resources for a varity of programs in the Stoughton community such as the arts, community development, community wellness and historic preservation. Funds from the Foundation have helped refurbish the Stoughton Opera House, helped Stoughton Hospital hire a therapist/couselor for their Parkinson's Support Group and so much more. Learn More »
Encouraging Our Youth Encouraging Our Youth...
Grants from the Foundation helped area non-profits provide resources for activities aimed at educating the community about youth drinking issues, and provided after school activities for high school girls dealing with topics such as self-esteem and achieving goals. Grant money from the SACF helped provide some specially designed and much needed playground options for younger children.  Learn More »

Stoughtons Shalom Free Health Clinic Amount Awarded: $2,500
It is the desire of Stoughton United Ministries to provide services that will fill existing social service gaps in the local setting and enhance the level of assistance provided to the poverty level in-need in the Stoughton School District. In that light, the Affordable Transportation Program offers needed transportation services from Stoughton to Madison and back for the low income in need as other such services do not currently exist. Transportation services offered help to assure medical appointments, court appointments, business appointments, skills training, interview opportunities, and other self-betterment opportunities.
Stoughton Area School District Amount Awarded: $4,000
Repair/Upkeep/Replacement of Stoughton Strength & Conditioning Center equipment. Ex. Foam rollers, Superbands, Clamps & Training Bars, et al.
