Otis Sampson American Legion Auxiliary Post #59, Stoughton WI - The ladies of the Stoughton American Legion wanted to create a scholarship for a Stoughton graduate pursuing a career in the trades. Fundraising and a matching grant from the Wahlin Foundation started this scholarship fund that is in the process of growing.
