| Without your support and funding the Neighborhood Free Health Clinic would not be able to provide primary health care, behavioral health, primary prevention screening and education, and Pediatric Dental Screening to people who are uninsured or underinsured.

| This grant will help us attain our annual fundraising goal to offset the cost of the patient labs, medical expense, interpreter fees, the salary of one full-time position (Clinic Coordinator) and operating costs (such as heat, electric, phone and rent).
We have over 20 volunteers who had put in an estimated 650 volunteered hours. In 2022 we had over 90 new patients and so far in 2023 we surpassed that number. We have been steadily seeing an increase need for our services and because of this we added an additional day of operation and hope to continue increasing our availability to meet the demand.
Our main goal for this year is to have the Neighborhood Free Health Clinic achieve the Gold Standard of Excellence under the Wisconsin Associations of Free & Charitable Clinics. |
