| Yoga benefits teens by reducing stress and anxiety, as well as physical health benefits like strength, flexibility, and stamina. What makes this program innovative is that rather than a one size fits all class, high school students may choose from any of our classes to find a day/time that works for their schedule as well as finding an appropriate match in the style of class and instruction. Some teens require a very gentle approach while others thrive in a more vigorous class. Our aim is to make the practice of yoga more accessible to high school students in the Stoughton community, to build healthy habits for a lifetime. |
