The Stoughton Area Resource Team, Inc. (START) provides a safety net for those in crisis. Recently, a 30-year old single father of two struggled to find work, to pay for daycare for his children and to secure a home; so much time was spent homeless and hopeless.

Bob Green Endowment: Bob Green was born in Stoughton in 1918 and passed away in 2016. Mr. Green was a farmer, and be bequeathed money for agriculture scholarships to be given to deserving Stoughton High School graduates.

Paul Sundby Endowment: Paul Sundby was born in Stoughton on September 10, 1932, and passed away July 21, 2009. Paul bequeathed money for scholarships to be given to deserving Stoughton High School graduates The Stoughton area has been blessed with this generous gift.

Bob Green Scholarship criteria:
1) student's intention to pursue a degree in agriculture
2) top 1/3 of the graduating class
3) good citizenship
4) character
5) need

Paul Sundby Scholarship criteria:
1) student's intention to pursue a 4-year degree in environmental and/or natural resources
2) top 1/3 of the graduating class
3) good citizenship
4) character
5) need
